In March 2017, agents of the SkySend system installed self-service kiosks in the Interdepartmental Migration Center (Rostov-on-Don), which made it possible to automate the process of paying for services.

Thanks to the self-service kiosks, the IMC did not need to organize the opening of a bank cash desk for accepting payments or install ATMs with complex user interfaces.

The process of paying through self-service kiosks at the WMC is organized taking into account the fact that the main users are citizens of foreign countries who do not speak Russian well or have difficulty entering data at kiosks.

To pay for clients who apply for patents for work in the Russian Federation, undergo training, receive a residence permit, etc., employees of migration centers issue receipts with QR codes, which already contain all the necessary details for payment and personal data of customers.

To pay for services, IMC customers scan QR codes from receipts and deposit money without having to fill in any data.

The software uses the function of sending change to a mobile phone account, online wallet or bank card.

Currently, 5 self-service kiosks work with the software, which made it possible to eliminate queues and speed up customer service.
