In September 2018, self-service kiosks began to be installed in the multifunctional centers of North Ossetia, which allow you to automate the process of paying for services and speed up the process of customer service.

Kiosk software is designed in the style of "My Documents", groups of popular services for payment are located on the main screen.

For payment, MFC clients receive receipts with QR codes, which already contain all the necessary details, as well as personal data of clients. QR codes of receipts are scanned at self-service kiosks, and customers only have to deposit money into the bill acceptors of the kiosks. The software uses the function of sending change to a mobile phone account, online wallet or bank card.

For the convenience of MFC customers, kiosks also accept payments in favor of other Suppliers (cellular communications, Internet, television, utilities, replenishment of cards, payment of loans, fines, etc. .d.).

Currently, there are 14 self-service kiosks in all branches of the MFC in North Ossetia.
