Kiosks contain many features to increase the usability and popularity of public transport, its internationalization and the growth of tourist attraction of cities. The front side of the kiosk is equipped with a touch-sensitive interactive screen, devices for accepting cash and bank cards, a fingerprint scanner and a video surveillance camera; as for the back side – it has a multimedia advertising monitor with increased brightness.

Self-service kiosks with group technologies were placed in passport and visa centers

Passport and visa centers of Volgograd region started the project of self-service terminals implementation for the automation of payment for services. To pay the state fee, customers need to enter only their personal data, while the recipient data and the sum of payment are filled in automatically. In case if the amount deposited by the client exceeds the sum to be paid, the remaining balance is transferred to the mobile phone account or electronic wallet at the client’s choice.

Kiosks with group technologies were placed in the migration centers

Nowadays Multifunctional migration centers (MMC) no longer need to open banks cashiers or install expensive ATMs with complex user interfaces. To pay the clients applying for work patents in the Russian Federation, the migration centers staff provides receipts with QR-codes, which already contain all the necessary details. Customers approach one of the MMC’s self-service terminals and scan the QR codes, after which they deposit the funds for payment.
